CANCELLATIONS
If your order is outside of the current TAT (it is taking us longer than usual to fulfill) your order can be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
For custom made items (any custom order tailored to you) all sales are final. These items were created with lots of love and as they were made special for you it cannot be re-sold.
We do not currently offer exchanges or returns - HOWEVER if you have any concerns about the quality of your product please reach out. We take pride in our work and will do everything we can to make it right. Email brooke.beauandco@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.
